Built on Apple's Screen Time
Cooldown uses the same framework that powers iOS's built-in app limits. Apple grants it only to apps it has reviewed for the purpose, and Apple — not Cooldown — is what actually stands between you and the shop. That is why Cooldown can shield a shop without ever learning its name.
