1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how TOPSOL ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the MamaTrack application (the "App") distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our business is based in Pakistan.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the App obtained through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). It describes our practices and the way the App is designed to operate. It does not govern third-party websites or services you may use separately (for example, Apple's services, Google's services, or your device's calendar and photo library), except where we explain our role below.
3. Summary
- Your pregnancy data stays on your device. Week logs, kick counts, contraction records, weight entries, bump photos, planner data, and baby name shortlists are stored locally using secure on-device storage. We do not operate a copy of your full pregnancy database on our servers.
- We do not sell your personal information. The App does not include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs for marketing purposes.
- Some features require your permission (calendar, camera, photos, and notifications). Each is requested only when you use the relevant feature and can be revoked at any time in your device Settings.
- Sign-in and in-app purchases are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not receive your payment card details through the App.
4. Information stored locally in the App
The App stores pregnancy-related data on your device using secure local storage so core features work on-device. Depending on how you use the App, this may include:
- Your profile details entered during onboarding (name, age, role — Mom-to-be, Partner, or Family Member)
- Pregnancy dates (Last Menstrual Period, Estimated Due Date, or Conception Date) and calculated gestational age
- Kick counter session logs (timestamps and counts)
- Contraction timer records (start time, end time, duration, and interval)
- Weight tracker entries and dates
- Bump Gallery photos taken or imported by you
- Appointments, weekly tasks, hospital bag checklist items, shopping list, birth plan content, and baby name shortlists you create
- App preferences and settings
This data does not leave your device except through standard iOS/Android system backup mechanisms (iCloud or Google account backup) that you control in your device settings.
5. Device permissions & how we use them
MamaTrack requests the following device permissions only when you use the relevant feature:
- Calendar & Reminders: Used only if you enable the Appointments feature. MamaTrack creates calendar events and reminder alerts for prenatal appointments you add. We do not read or access other calendar events.
- Camera: Used only if you take bump photos via the My Bump Gallery feature. Photos are saved to your device's photo library or within the App's local storage.
- Photo Library: Used only to let you import existing photos into the Bump Gallery or save newly captured photos. We do not scan, read, or upload your photo library.
- Notifications: Used to deliver weekly pregnancy update reminders and prenatal appointment alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
You may revoke any permission at any time via your device's Settings app. Revoking a permission disables only the feature that requires it; other App functions continue to work normally.
6. What we do not do
- We do not sell your pregnancy data or personal information to third parties.
- We do not use the App to run third-party advertising or cross-app behavioral tracking for marketing purposes.
- We do not access your camera, photo library, calendar, or contacts except for the specific features described above and only when you have granted permission.
- We do not transmit your pregnancy health data (kick counts, contraction records, weight entries, bump photos, due date) to our servers.
7. App Stores & in-app purchases
In-app purchases (Premium features): Premium subscriptions (3D Fetal Viewer, Appointments, Baby Names, Premium Articles) are processed entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) as the platform provider. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple or Google may provide us limited entitlement information (for example, subscription status) to unlock Premium features.

8. Security
We design MamaTrack so your primary pregnancy data remains under your control on your device. Local data is stored using the secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS and Android. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You should protect your device with a strong passcode, keep your operating system updated, and sign out of the App if you share your device with others.
9. Retention
- On your device: Pregnancy data (kick logs, weight entries, bump photos, planner content, etc.) remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling may leave data in iCloud or Google backups if you have device backup enabled.
- In-app purchases: Records of subscriptions are primarily held by Apple (under your Apple ID) or Google (under your Google account). We may rely on those systems to confirm your entitlement status.
- Support emails: If you email us, we retain correspondence only as long as needed to respond and handle follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Your choices & requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because most pregnancy data is stored locally on your device, you can often fulfill requests directly by editing or deleting data within the App or by uninstalling the App.
To cancel a Premium subscription, manage it through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) Subscriptions settings — no action within MamaTrack is required.
For requests relating to information we hold as a controller (for example, your account details or support correspondence), contact topsol.org@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
11. International processing
MamaTrack is operated from Pakistan. When you make in-app purchases, payment information is processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) in countries where those providers operate. Those providers may transfer and store data as described in their respective privacy notices. No other pregnancy data stored in the App is transmitted outside your device by us.
12. Children
MamaTrack is intended for adults (expectant mothers, partners, and family members) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or the App Store / Google Play listing where appropriate. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
