By accessing or using MamaTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MamaTrack is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MamaTrack and its licensors.

5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Billing

MamaTrack Premium ("Pro Access") is an auto-renewable subscription billed at the price displayed in the app, per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

MamaTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MamaTrack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
