1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MamaTrack you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from also apply.
2. Who may use MamaTrack
MamaTrack is for people managing their own menstrual, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum or perimenopause health, and for the partners they invite. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live you must use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Medical disclaimer
MamaTrack is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. MamaAI answers are generated by software and can be wrong or incomplete. Period, fertile-window, ovulation and due-date predictions are estimates and are not a form of contraception. The app is not a medical device. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. Your data, your device and your credentials
MamaAI, Communities and Partner Access create pseudonymous credentials that are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for activity under those credentials. Losing the MamaAI device secret means losing its conversations, and we cannot recover them. You are responsible for any backup file you export and for where you share reports and keepsakes generated by the app.
5. MamaAI
MamaAI provides general information and is not a clinician. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, medication dosing or emergencies. Fair-use limits apply; do not attempt to bypass them, automate requests, or extract or misuse the underlying models. We may decline, filter or end requests that are unsafe or abusive.
6. Communities and your content
By joining a group you agree to the house rules: be kind; what is shared in a group stays in the group; support is not medical advice; and no harassment, hate, explicit content, spam, impersonation or posting of other people's personal information. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, moderate and delete it to operate the service. We may hide messages (automatically after reports), mute or remove members, and close groups. We do not endorse and are not responsible for what members post. Messages are deleted after each group's retention period.
7. Partner Access
The owner decides what to share and with whom, and can change or revoke it at any time. Partners receive read-only access and must not copy, forward or misuse what they see. We are not responsible for how an invited partner uses shared information.
8. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and billing
MamaTrack Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app and in the store for your country. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use "Restore Purchase" to recover Premium on a new device. The set of Premium features may change over time.
9. Intellectual property
The app and its original content, features and functionality — including articles, diet plans, 3D models, name catalogues and artwork — are and will remain the property of TOPSOL and its licensors, and are for your personal, non-commercial use.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the app or its services, to misuse other members' data, or to use the app for anything unlawful.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time from Profile. We may suspend or end access to the connected features for accounts that breach these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOPSOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do, and material changes may be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where TOPSOL operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
